This isn't your average Zoom session. Using Lift Session, coaches may design unique training programs that include instructional videos, provide real-time graphic feedback, and share programs with you via your own client portal.


A typical session may last 40+ minutes. These sessions are perfect for those who find it difficult to prioritize their own time or work on weekends or evenings, but still want to fit in some quality coaching.
