💪 Body Camp: STRENGTH

If building real, functional muscle is your goal, this is your class. In this 45–55 minute session led by BSF's expert coaches, you'll move through strength-focused stations using kettlebells, sandbags, TRX, power racks, and more — all designed to sculpt lean muscle, improve your movement patterns, and build the kind of strength that translates to everyday life. The class mirrors the same evidence-based programming used in BSF's renowned personal training sessions, so you're not just going through the motions — you're following a smart, structured plan with coaches who will push you to reach for the next weight up. Whether you're a seasoned lifter or picking up a kettlebell for the first time, this class meets you where you are and keeps you coming back because the results are undeniable.



🏃 Body Camp: SPORT

Can't decide between cardio and strength? You don't have to. Body Camp: SPORT is the best of both worlds — a 45–55 minute high-intensity, low-impact class that blends metabolic conditioning with muscle-building work.  Coaches designed this class to be the sweet spot between Body Camp STRENGTH and Body Camp SWEAT, meaning you torch calories without sacrificing the lean muscle that keeps your metabolism firing long after you leave the gym. It's athletic, energizing, and strategic — the kind of workout that makes you feel like an actual athlete, not just someone who survived a class. Perfect for those who want maximum results in minimum time without wrecking their joints.



💦 Body Camp: SWEAT

This is the class for when you want to leave it all on the turf. Body Camp: SWEAT is a high-energy, 45–55-minute metabolic conditioning session packed with calorie-torching exercises, speed and agility drills, and plyometrics that will push your cardiovascular system to its edge. BSF coaches pull from the same format used in their signature personal training model — dynamic warm-up, high-intensity intervals with a wide variety of functional equipment, and a proper cool-down — so you always feel coached, never just counted down. The energy in the room is contagious, the music is pumping, and by the end you'll have sweated more than you thought possible while actually having fun. Come for the workout, stay for the feeling of accomplishment that follows you out the door.



Functional Fire: Hyrox Race Prep (NEW):

Fifty-five minutes. Eight stations. Zero excuses. BSF's newest class, Functional Fire: Hyrox Race Prep, is our most competition-driven class yet — a strength and conditioning session built around the exact movements, energy demands, and mental grit required to crush a Hyrox race. You'll cycle through functional exercises like sled pushes, ski ergs, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, and farmer's carries, all programmed to mirror the race format so your body knows exactly what to do when it counts. Whether you're a first-time Hyrox hopeful or a seasoned racer chasing a PR, this class will build the engine, the legs, and the lungs to get you across that finish line stronger than you ever thought possible. Show up, put in the work, and find out what you're made of — on the turf and on race day.

Our group training sessions are led by our professional coaches and can booked online at any time, making it an extremely convenient option for those who want to stay active but can't commit to a regular schedule.
