Research shows the biggest gains in mortality risk reduction happen when sedentary individuals improve their score even slightly. We test everyone from beginners to competitive runners and tailor the coaching debrief to your goals and fitness level.
RMR test: fast for at least 4 hours, avoid caffeine for 12 hours, avoid exercise 24 hrs prior. Active VO2 max test: avoid heavy training 48 hrs beforehand, wear workout clothes, eat a light meal 2–3 hrs before. We'll send you a complete prep guide when you book.
