When you train with Body Space Fitness, we want to help make sure that your body is getting the most individualized attention.


Our semi-private training programs combine expert individualized coaching with an extra dose of accountability and social support from other members in your group to get you the results you're seeking.

Why does it work?

Look around. Small groups are more successful at a variety of things, including education, athletics, problem-solving, and even day care and chemotherapy. What's the explanation? Because small groups allow you to tap into resources that aren't accessible when you try to accomplish something on your own.


The same is true with fitness training. Semi-private personal training at Body Space Fitness is comparable to private personal training... but with several extra perks. The "extra" adds responsibility, social support, energy, and teamwork to the equation. At most, three people train together at one time; each working on their own customized training program.
