Body Composition Analysis

Ditch the Scale

Most diet and fitness goals focus on weight loss or gain, overlooking that two people can have different body compositions.

A standard scale does not give an accurate depiction of where you stand while pursuing your fitness goals.

You might be surprised to know that muscle is denser than fat. So, if you have more muscle on your frame, you will weigh more than someone who has a higher percentage of body fat.

A much better way to track your progress – whether you are trying to lose weight or gain muscle – is by using a body composition tool.

What is body composition?

Body Composition refers to all components in your body - from how much bone there is to what type of muscle you're packing! Measuring your own unique makeup helps us to identify areas where improvement is needed.

It's important that not just one factor - but many - are considered when developing a plan to help you reach your fitness goals.

With the Segmental Muscle/Fat Analysis, the InBody outputs the exact amount and location (right/left arm, trunk, right/left leg) of lean muscle mass and fat distribution, giving you exact starting points to track your progress and begin developing the body you want.
